In memory of Ptolemy
Whiskered Screech Owl

We are a sanctuary housing owls that were once wild, injured, nursed back to health, but sadly cannot be released back to their natural habitat.

Live owls accompany outreach education programs in order to foster an interest in conservation and preservation of native species and their habitat.

Non-releasable owls are held legally under permit from both the US Fish and Wildlife Service and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
